Warm greetings and welcome to the final Eye on Doheny Alumni newsletter of 2024! As we head into the remaining months of this year, I would like to wish each of you a happy and healthy upcoming holiday season.

Hello and happy summer! While this is the season to relax, unwind and enjoy warm sunny weather, as we take in the beautiful sights of summer we are also reminded of the important contributions we each make to support vision health.

Greetings, and happy Spring! Doheny Eye Institute is in the midst of one of our busiest seasons of the year. This is also a period in which we enjoy several opportunities to reconnect in person with our Doheny Professional Alumni Association members.

Happy New Year! With the holidays now a few weeks behind us, Doheny Eye Institute is full steam ahead – both with continuing critical research in the laboratories and also planning our many highly-anticipated annual meetings, symposiums, alumni gatherings and more.

It is hard to believe that the end of another calendar year is fast approaching, but there is much to look forward to as we embrace the final months of 2023 and anticipate the arrival of 2024.
