Register for a Site Web Portal User Account

  1. Open a web browser to https://arcos.doheny.org
    DEI-ARCOS-login
  2. Select “Register user”
    DEI-ARCOS-user-registration-log
  3. Complete the User Registration information. All fields must be complete to submit.
    • If the account is already registered, you will receive the following message:
      “The e-mail address provided already exists. Please enter a different e-mail address or contact the DIRC for clarification if you believe there is an error.”

      • You may login to the registered account, or
      • Register another account, or
      • Contact the DIRC project manager to be added to another study
    • If the submission is successful, you will receive the following message:
      “Your request has been sent successfully. You will be notified by email within 2 business days when your account is approved.”
  4. A request confirmation will be sent to the specified e-mail address.

  5. When the account is approved, two successive notification e-mails will be sent.
