Reset a Forgotten Password

If a new password is needed to log into ARCOS, you may reset your password from the Login screen.

1. From the Login screen, click on “Reset Password” located on bottom right corner of the dialog box before logging into ARCOS Web.
2. Enter the registered account email address.
3. Select the Submit button.
   
4. A confirmation e-mail with a new temporary password will be sent to the registered account email address.
5. Select “OK” button
6. Login again using your temporary password.
