- Time Your Outdoor Activities: Avoid the peak UV hours between 10 am and 4 pm or take extra precautions during these times.
- Embrace Wide-Brimmed Hats: Combine stylish sun hats with sunglasses for added eye protection outdoors.
- UV-Blocking Contact Lenses: Opt for contact lenses that provide an extra layer of UV defense.
